Delighted with this tap. Have only used the kettle once and the main hot water tap once since its installation. We used to run about 2 buckets of water off before the water became hot. The plumber installed it very easily. It would have got a 5 star rating but for the fact that the instructions do not include clear guidelines on the use of the tap.

We have had one of these since March 2010 and are very happy with it. The temperature is perfect for tea, coffee, and other hot drinks and it takes up very little space on the worktop. Its pricey but if you can only afford one luxury in your new kitchen - go for this, it's great! The only down-side is that a replacement filter is not available from B&Q, nor do Amazon have them - hence the 4stars.

We got this plus a separate chiller and therefore did not need the filter as we had a larger better and more easily replaced filter. If you buy one of these you might consider buying a separate filter. Do test water hardness and replace filters as scale always shortens the life of immersion heaters.After 30 months the heater failed. You have to buy an entire tank to repair it. £250 in uk but only £80 if you import a 110v American version. Thus the device costs £10 a week to own. I like it and have replaced the tank, but you have been warned.
