I actually bought this product from Argos and forget about doing bread dough with it, it is not powerful enough or sturdy. The fitting of the slicing, grating and cutting disks is fiddly and this product is not worth the money. I have got rid of mine and bought a Kenwood Chef KMC510 great dough making machine and for £50 more you can have a Kenwood, which will last years. Do not waste money on this. Even a Kenwood food processor FP460 is much better than this, you will not be able to make dough with it.
